You will need one general houseplant encyclopedia type of book, and books on particular plant families and projects such as making a terrarium and aquarium garden.
The unit starts by suggesting a wide variety of projects to try — everything from dessert gardens to Bonsai trees.
Then once your plants have started to grow, you can try a few of the study ideas, for example:
