Doing the BIG Thing

We may desire grand acts. However, true commitment lies in consistent, small, daily sacrifices for those closest to us.

Doing the BIG Thing

We get that call. You know, the one where we want to serve Christ with all of our heart, mind, and soul. We are ready to go. We promise to do what He wants, go where He leads, serve Him for His glory. We are ready to do the BIG thing. And then….

We find that the BIG thing is consistency in doing the little things.

  • Day in.
  • Day out.

Serving those whom God has so graciously blessed our life with — those right under your own roof.

  • There is nowhere we need to travel.
  • There is no big sacrifice to make.
  • Just little, small sacrifices of self each and every day.

Will we be self-serving? Or will we be a servant self?
