If you are looking for a formal electronics course, here it is…free. Lessons in Electric Circuits by Tony R. Kuphaldt is a six-volume course suitable for high school or college credit.
- Volume I covers basic DC electric circuit concepts and components.
- Volume II begins AC circuits including filters, transformers, and motors.
- Volume III covers semiconductors and solid state devices (portions of this volume are not currently complete).
- Volume IV focuses on digital computing — logic gates, switches and digital communication.
- Volume V includes helpful reference materials.
- Volume VI contains the lab experiments for the other volumes.
We actually had one who worked through this course. This is a excellent resource for those budding electrical engineers who are ready to teach themselves. Highly recommended!
